Delicious Vietnamese Pho and More

At Saigon Tapioca, pho is the star of the show. This flavorful Vietnamese noodle soup, traditionally made with broth, rice noodles, herbs, and meat, offers an authentic taste of Vietnamese comfort food. Among the pho options available at Saigon Tapioca, the Seafood Pho and Chicken Pho stand out for their rich, aromatic broth and tender meat. The Pho Tai Small, a smaller serving, is perfect for those who prefer a lighter meal but still want to enjoy the full flavor of this Vietnamese classic.

The S1 Pho is a crowd favorite, often recommended by locals and visitors alike. It features a robust, clear broth with a delicate balance of spices that perfectly complement the thinly sliced beef, herbs, and noodles. For vegetarians, the rice noodles with grilled pork and egg rolls offer a delightful alternative, with a delicious combination of textures and flavors.

A Flavorful Menu Beyond Pho

While pho is a highlight, Saigon Tapioca offers much more for food lovers. From savory appetizers to refreshing drinks, the menu provides an extensive selection of Vietnamese dishes and beverages.

Signature Dishes to Try

  • Vietnamese Egg Rolls: Crispy and golden on the outside, with a flavorful filling, these egg rolls are the perfect appetizer to start your meal.

  • Saigon Chicken Wings: These wings are packed with flavor and are a favorite among regulars. They offer a crispy exterior with a tender, juicy interior.

  • Bun Thit Nuong with Egg Roll: This dish features a hearty serving of vermicelli noodles topped with grilled pork and a crispy egg roll. It's an excellent choice for anyone craving a well-balanced meal.

  • Bánh Mí (Vietnamese Ham Sandwich): A Vietnamese classic, this sandwich is served with fresh ingredients like pickled vegetables, cilantro, and your choice of meat, all tucked inside a crispy baguette.

Refreshing Drinks

No meal is complete without a refreshing beverage. Saigon Tapioca excels in offering a variety of drinks to complement its dishes, including:

  • Boba: Choose from a variety of flavored boba teas, including the popular coconut boba milk tea. It's the perfect blend of sweetness and texture, making it a hit for all ages.

This place has the best food. I really like the BahnMi , the sandwich , its what I usually get but today was craving a noodle bowl. They use the long bread for the sandwich and its a good price too. The guys inside are always very friendly especially grampa i just love him. Always enjoy eating in. They also have a walk-up window to order at if you dont want to eat inside. They have really good boba and lots of different flavors to choose from.

This place is phenomenal! The mixed grilled meat noodles bowl came with a spring roll and the shrimp was perfectly cooked. The grilled chicken noodles bowl had tender (not dry) chicken that was a perfect texture. The egg roll appetizer had an elevated presentation with rice noodles, shaved veggies, dipping sauce (of course) and lettuce. One thing that would be amazing would be a collab. with The French Kitchen to get yummy baguette bread for the bahn mi.

Do not let the look of the building itself deter you lol it’s an old Pizza Hut but the food and service is very good. 3 different people came to check on us, serving sizes are very good. Cheese won tons actually had decent amount of cheese in it and the egg rolls were bigger than most places and delicious. Boba was yummy!. My ONLY issue that prevents me from 5 starring is that the pho and spring rolls had an intense amount of noodles. I got the s6 pho and because of how many noodles are in it, I only got 2 pieces of each meat. The broth and everything else was delicious though. Overall very good experience and food and we will come back if we are up in springs but will prob just not get the pho lol
